Charitable Works

Dr Kimmich is dedicated to the care and prevention of eye problems in the Clarke county area. He has provided free school screening for local children and adults for over 25 years. Over 10,000 have been screened through these efforts. The entire Oconee county Elementary system was screened in the 1980�fs and they still use much of his model. Prince Avenue Baptist School, St. Josephs School, Athens Montessori School, Westminster Christian Academy, Friendship Presbyterian Church, Oconee county employees and local day care centers are included in this list. There is a yearly dedication to the vision of the local children and poor of the greater Athens area.

Our office has also taken aid to Honduras, Mexico, Haiti, Costa Rica and Ecuador.
